GYL KASEWURM has owned and operated Professional Hearing Services (PHS) in St Joseph, Michigan for over 30 years. Her single office practice generates 10 times the annual revenue of an average practice. Her motto then and now continues to be, "Work hard, offer the very best to patients and do whatever it takes to help them hear better."

Dr. Noël Crosby, Au.D., owner and audiologist at Advanced Hearing Solutions in Englewood, FL is a licensed professional whose 34 year career has been devoted to helping people of all ages hear and understand more clearly. Dr. Crosby received her BS and MS degrees from FSU and her Doctorate in Audiology from UF. Her credibility as an authority grew during her tenure as the Director of Audiology at the Silverstein Institute in Sarasota, FL from 1991-1998. Today, in addition to managing a successful audiology practice, Dr. Crosby is involved in creating hearing loss awareness through her jewelry and accessory company AuDBling.com. She has served and is serving on various professional boards and committees and was president of the Florida Academy of Audiology in 2000 and 2010. She has been married to Michael for 29 years and has one daughter.

DR. NICHOLE KINGHAM was awarded her clinical doctorate from A.T. Still University and received the Future Leaders in Audiology Award in 2012 and is the Past President of Washington State Audiology Academy. Dr. Kingham has worked in private practice since 2003, where she hired the first Audiology Assistant in Washington State and has trained and promoted Audiology Assistants since 2009 through Audiology Academy, which she owns with her husband, Joe. She also owns and operates a successful practice in Issaquah, Washington.  

D’Anne Rudden, Au.D. has been the owner of Longmont Hearing & Tinnitus Center in Longmont, Colorado for 18 years. She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado-Boulder, teaching Business Management and Ethics. Dr. Rudden is considered an industry expert on social media and marketing with published articles in Audiology Today, Seminars in Hearing, Audiology Practices, and The Hearing Journal. She presents nationally and internationally on a variety of topics from business management to social media marketing to developing confidence and professional empowerment. In her spare time, Dr. Rudden is an experienced yoga teacher contributing content in meditation, nada yoga (the yoga of sound) and Sanskrit studies to teacher trainings, workshops and corporate events.

Zener has more than 30 years of corporate and business experience with Fortune 500 Companies, working and consulting with thriving and competitive entrepreneurial organizations and owning her own businesses. Deb has worked with private practices in the field of Audiology for the last 5 years and deeply appreciates the challenges and the opportunities of the ever changing landscape.
